Thanks to Carlos Machado for last weeks seminar, I have put a few photos on facebook here

Next Thursday (May 16th) we are having Carlos Machado present a seminar at Artarmon. Most of the instructors will be at this seminar.
As such Artarmon will not be having any other classes that night and Warriewood is likely to be shut as well, I will keep you posted on Warriewood.

We will be closed Easter Friday and Easter Monday as they are public holidays. We will be open on the Saturday

In case you are unaware we are shifting the Thursday timetable around a bit.
The 8pm NoGi class will now be at 6pm

All other classes remain as is, so
6pm - 7pm - Womens Thai Boxing and BJJ no Gi
7pm - 8pm - Thai Boxing and BJJ

I will update the online timetables when I get some time
