Open Day this Sat 31st

Hi Guys,

We are having an open day from 10am this Saturday 31st August
Free to all
Bring a Gi or MMA clothes and have a roll or a light sparring session
For those in the tournament we have a full size comp area for you to practice in
There will be a BBQ in the arvo

Visitors welcome , come and have a look , see what the fuss is about
