Anthony Lange

Our head instructor Anthony Lange, is a 2nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is one of the first on the BJJ/Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) scene in Sydney.

With over 20 years of worldwide experience, Anthony is a pioneer in the sport of MMA. He was one of the first to fight professionally on the local and international scene in Japan in both Vale Tudo and Shooto.

Anthony also won a gold medal in 2003 at the World Masters (BJJ) in Brazil and in 2007 he won the Australian Nationals Black Belt Division.

He holds black belts and teaching certificates in Shoot System (MMA), Northside Kickboxing, Corral Arnis, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Stav.

He has been training students since 1994 and is widely regarded for his ability to impart knowledge and develop exceptional competitors

His gym has been established for over 15 years and in its current location for more than 10 years.

He has been a significant part of the rise of MMA/BJJ and the gym currently has over 200 students
