Our gym provides excellent facilities including;

Approximately 250 square metres of open padded mat area using 40mm mats;

-Walls are padded to height of approximately 1800 mm
-3 cage sections to assist with learning how to use a cage to your advantage
-Heavy bags
-Focus mits
-Shin Pads
-Sparring Gloves
-Kick pads
-Heavy Rope
-Swiss Balls
-Other pads and equipment as required
-And of course world class instructors
