New arnis class starting at Artarmon Thu nights at 6:35

Hi Guys,

We are now offering Arnis and weapons training at Artarmon on Thu nights at 6:35

Please feel free to come along and have a go

It covers single stick, double stick, knives, swords, defence against armed opponents (including guns) and other such shenanigans

The video is not ours however it gives you a rough idea of Arnis(we dont usually train at the beach)
