Our gym provides excellent facilities including;

Approximately 200 square metres of open padded mat area using 40mm mats featuring a full size BJJ competition mat area
-5m x 5m Boxing/MMA Ring
-Walls are padded to height of approximately 1800 mm
-3 cage sections to assist with learning how to use a cage to your advantage (coming soon)
-Heavy bags
-Focus mits
-Shin Pads
-Sparring Gloves
-Kick pads
-Heavy Rope
-Plyometric boxes
-Swiss Balls
-Medicine Balls
-Other pads and equipment as required
-And of course world class instructors
